Cooking Instructions:

  1. Melt 1.5 tablespoons of butter into a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Place bread slices on the melted butter in the skillet.
  3. Spread .25 cup of the cheese on one of the slices.
  4. Place other slice on top of cheese covered bread.
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of cheese on top of the freshly flipped bread.
  6. Add remaining 1/2 tablespoons of butter next to sandwich in the skillet.
  7. Flip sandwich onto newly melted cheese and let sit for 3 to 4 mins.
  8. Add cheese to showing sandwich bread.
  9. Flip sandwich and let sit for 3 mins.
  10. Dish is done!
